Former Use: Two Detached Dwellings
The owners of this detached house were a retired couple who wanted to downsize and buy a home closer to their son. They knew their property had development potential but did not want to get bogged down with a protracted planning process and incur significant costs themselves. Landocean were able to secure planning permission and sell the property within their timeframes. The couple now enjoy more time with their son and grandchildren and we couldn’t be happier for them.
